Maa Siddhidatri

Maa Siddhidatri is the ninth form of the
GoddessDurga and is worshiped on the ninth day of Navratri. Siddhi means supernatural power or meditative ability, andDhatrimeans giver or awarder. Hence the name, she is the giver of Siddhi or Virtue. The last day of Navratri is called Navami. And on this day the devotees worship Siddhidatri to bestow all kinds of Virtues.

Representation of Maa Siddhidatri:
She is the 9
th Avtar of Goddess Parvati or Durga and is at times seen seated on a lotusand is four-armed. She is also depicted by holding a Lotus, a mace, a discusanda conch shell. Her appearance glows in red saree.
She also has eight other names that represent the supernatural power that she possesses. These names are: Anima, Mahima, Garima, Laghima, Prapti, Prakambya, Ishitva and Vashitva.

Anima:
Thismeans to reduce ones body even the size of an atom;
Mahima:
Itmeans to expand ones body to an infinitely large size;
Garima:
This means almost becoming infinitely heavy;
Laghima:
Thismeans becoming almost weightless;
Prapti:
Thismeans having unrestricted access to all places;
Prakambya:
Thismeans to realize whatever one desire;
Ishitva:
Thismeans to possess absolute Lordship;
Vashitva:
Thisis the power to subjugate all.
She also governs the planet of Ketu.
She is also surrounded bySiddhas,Gandharvas, Yakshas, Demons and Gods who are worshipping her. Worshippers can also accomplish any kind of desire by just worshipping Devi Siddhidatri on the auspicious final day of Navratri. She also fulfils all the divine aspirations and completes the mundane.
